Meet the Performer

Hello there!

 

My name is Chastity, and I am the creator and owner of Once Upon A Lily Pad. With a background in performing arts, I’ve worn many hats including onstage, behind the scenes, and even virtually, bringing stories to life wherever magic is needed. I spent several years as a competitor in the Miss America Opportunity, sharing arts education across Iowa and serving communities near and far.

By day, I work in education, cheering on learners of all ages and abilities as they discover their own strengths. By curtain call, I’m a five-year drama director who loves helping children step into the spotlight and shine. When I’m not dreaming up fairytales, you can find me crafting, cuddling my Aussie, or writing stories as a published children’s book author. I am a creative soul, a storyteller at heart, and a visionary who believes every child deserves a little magic.
